Cancellations need to be made more than 12 hours prior to your class beginning to avoid forfeiting your session. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however as there are limited spaces available, we need to enforce fair and consistent standards. Cancelling a session will allow waitlisted clients to take your place in the class.

Block & Monthly Packages: Cancellations after the 12 hour deadline will result in forfeiting your class.

Unlimited Membership: A $15 late cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from your nominated account.

No shows will not be accepted. If you reserve a space and not show up without contacting us or cancelling online, a $15 fee will be debited from your account.

Wait Lists

If you are on the waitlist please be aware that you are requesting to be added into the class. If a space comes available you will be added to the class up to 60 min before class time. To confirm you will be sent an email or text message. If you are unable to attend after you have been added to the class please cancel online. If you are on the waitlist and get added into the class inside our 12 hour cancellation period and decide you will not be attending and decline the confirmation email or text you will still be charged the session as it’s inside the 12 hour cancellation period. To avoid the losing your session please cancel off the wait list before the 12 hour mark.

Class Cancellation

A minimum of 2 clients are required for a group session to run. If 3 hours prior to a class starting, you are the only client booked in, the class will unfortunately be cancelled. When this occurs, your trainer will contact you to inform you of the cancellation, and to help reschedule if you wish. Please note that if you choose not to reschedule, you will not be charged for the session.

Membership fees will be paid fortnightly in advance at the start of each fortnight.

Payment options can be either direct debit from your bank account or a credit card. By nominating a credit or debit account, you are authorising us to deduct from that account all fees and other charges for which you may be responsible under this agreement.

Payments sometimes decline because of card problems, security or funding issues. If this happens a $5 fee is imposed by our payment processing company and you will need to provide an alternative payment within 7 days.

After each successful payment you will be allocated sessions according to your chosen membership level. Bookings are limited to one session per day during each payment cycle. Not correct!

Your membership can start from your date of purchase or you can nominate a date for it to start. We highly recommend selecting a Monday start for ease of managing your cycle.

You can opt to place your membership on hold for holidays etc for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months each calendar year of the membership. Suspension requests are to be emailed at least one week in advance of your next auto-payment date.

Your membership will continue for 12 months until we receive email notification to cease. Two weeks written notice is required. The membership will cease two weeks starts from your next payment date.

Proactive Pilates & Exercise Rehabilitation has the right to terminate your membership agreement any time. You will receive a written notification two weeks prior to the termination.

Should you wish to cancel or reschedule a class 12 hours notice is required. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a loss of that session.

Classes may be cancelled or class schedule may be modified during public holidays or long weekends.

Extra sessions within that fortnight can be purchased online at your membership rate.

All classes and membership purchases are non-refundable.
