Pilates is a safe and effective exercise method for specific rehabilitation of many injuries and health conditions.Clinical Pilates is taught one on one or in semi-private sessions with 1-3 clients per instructor. All sessions are uniquely tailored to the individual and performed on specially designed Pilates equipment such as the reformer, core align, trapeze table and ladder barrel. An initial assessment and exercise prescription is essential prior to attending semi-private sessions.
