New Clients

We recommend that you start your Pilates journey with an initial consultation/assessment if you have a history of a musculo-skeletal condition, have no prior Pilates experience or would like to set specific health and fitness goals.

Alternately we recommend one intro class prior to attending regular classes which will cover the familiarisation of the reformer and principles of Pilates. Our sessions cater for all fitness levels as the exercises can be modified to meet your specific needs. However if you suffer from a health condition or musculoskeletal injury you will be advised to start with Clinical Pilates. 

Please note that socks are mandatory for all Pilates sessions. We recommend grip socks which are available for purchase at our studio or online shop. Wear comfortable clothes and also bring a towel and water bottle.
